🚚 Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We currently deliver across the UK and Northern Ireland only.
Q: What delivery options do you offer?
A: We offer a choice of two tracked delivery services:

Both include tracking updates and delivery confirmation.
Q: How long until my order is dispatched?
A: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods and public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.
Orders placed in the evening, at weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. Please note Sundays and Bank Holidays don't count as working days.

📦 Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes — unworn items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: Email us at enquiries@molemibabywear.co.uk with your order number, and we'll send you simple return instructions.
Q: Do you cover return postage?
A: Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return.

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes — all payments are processed securely, and we never store your card details.
Q: Do you accept Klarna?
A: Yes — you can choose Klarna at checkout to split your payment into smaller, interest-free instalments. It's a flexible way to pay.
📏 Sizing
Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product and category page includes sizing information to help you choose the best fit for your baby. If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up to allow a little room to grow.
Q: Do you stock premature or tiny baby sizes?
A: Yes — we offer a lovely selection for premature and tiny babies, starting from 3 lb upwards, chosen to be soft, gentle and comfortable for little ones.
Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: No problem — unworn items can be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
